Personally i would install the hangboard directly to the concrete. Traditional mounting requires one to screw holes into the wall and fasten the hangboard in place. 3 put the battoning underneath and drive screws straight in. We used 5 of them.

This is especially important if you weight more than 150 pounds. Repeat this process until you have put in 6 screws 4 in each corner and 2 in the middle along the top and bottom. You will want to go into at least one if not two or three studs not just drywall. While this offers great security you may not have this option.
